Jennipher is a professional hypnotherapist, NLP trainer, breath worker, and positive intelligence coach with 30+ years of experience. She trained in Australia and New Zealand, specializing in NLP for healing. Jennipher works at the Coach and Chiropractor Unit in O'Connor, offering life coaching, hypnotherapy, and breathwork.

Recently Jennipher completed her Ph.D at Curtin Universiy, researching embodied performance for women affected by domestic violence. Jennipher is also a mother and grandmother.

What if I don't want to lose control?

Hypnotherapy is not losing control, it's you gaining control. Hypnotherapy is you communicating from your conscious mind to your unconscious mind what you want it to do for you. Hypnotherapy is learning how to relax, choosing and focusing on what you want and using your imagination. Perth Hypnotherapist will guide you into relaxation with gentle, positive suggestions that you choose for yourself.

What if I can't go into trance?

Everyone goes into trance every day, When you watch a movie and laugh or cry - that is a trance, When you are having fun and you lose track of time, when you drift into a daydream. It doesn't matter if you go into a light trance, medium trance or symbolistic (really deep) trance,your conscious mind is the boss and your unconscious mind will make the changes for you.

How many sessions do I need?

You don't need to be fixed, you are not broken. It is more about asking yourself what do I want? And then using hypnotherapy to find inner resources so that change occurs easily. NLP is the study of success, you can improve your confidence, be a better at self-love, a better speller, golfer, athlete, manager, performer. You can choose to have a session to make changes and get new outcomes in one session. Or deeper changes in two or three sessions.

What is a Hypnotherapy session like?

You decide what you want as an outcome for your session. Your session learning how to relax by following only gentle positive suggestions and allowing your creative unconscious mind make all of the changes you need to make while you find new levels of calm and comfort.
